The below information is for all presenters who were accepted into the Poster Session. Please verify your “Decision” in the Ex-Ordo system to confirm your format acceptance if you are unsure if this applies to your presentation.

Location: Marshall McLuhan Hall, University Centre, University of Manitoba

Description of Event

During the Poster Reception, all presenters are asked to stand by their posters and to talk to interested attendees. Presenters can have a scripted 5-minute presentation, or answer questions as required – the format is up to you.

All delegates will be invited to join this reception at the end of general programming on Wednesday. At the end of the event, there will be shuttles ready to transport everybody to the Social Night Out at Assiniboine Park Zoo.

Poster size and format

The size is up to you; ideally something that will fit on a 4’x6’ cork board.

It will be attached to a Velcro bulletin board or you can bring your own poster stand. If you do not want a Velcro adhesive attached to your poster, please bring your own props, not exceeding a 4’x6’ space.
